Backed Up Data :

After retrieving the lost data, DRT will back it up to removable media such as tapes, Zip/Jazz, CDs or hard disks.  Customers are well come to provide these media, otherwise, additional charges will be applied.  The recovered data is kept active at DRT for a period of 2 days, in which, there will be a small fee for each additional requested copy.  After 2 days, the data will be purged from our system permanently.All hardware will be distroyed after 30 days.
